Titan Cut L.L.C. is a working laser cut panels studio and we currently do not have a dedicated showroom. Since we are a fast growing company our plan is to open a few showrooms in larger cities soon where you will be able to see all of our products in one place. If you don’t feel confident to take measurements by yourself Titan Cut L.L.C. designer will come to your site and do that for you (Chicago and Las Vegas Metro only). Destinations outside Chicago or Las Vegas Metro incur additional costs. We are working hard on expanding our designer network and company’s plan is to cover all major city areas in the near future.

Please note that there is a custom design fee. Unless otherwise negotiated, Titan Cut L.L.C. reserves the right to reproduce any custom panels.

All our panels are fully manufactured and assembled with pride in the U.S.A. Here at Titan Cut L.L.C. we are trying to stimulate the American. economy as much as we can. This way our families and coming generations will see many more benefits versus doing business anywhere else in the world.

Our standard overall sizes are:
– 16” X 23” X 1-3/8”
– 26” X 38” X 1-3/8”
– 36” X 53” X 1-3/8”
– 17” X 32” X 1-3/8”
– 27” X 52” X 1-3/8”
– 37” X 72” X 1-3/8”

Panels listed in our product line have predefined standard sizes based on each design. No other standard sizes are available other than the listed ones.
Since our main goal at Titan Cut L.L.C. is to have our customers satisfied, we offer several size varieties. Please contact our sales team at sales@titancut.com and we’ll be more than happy to help you with your custom requirements.

The majority of Titan Cut L.L.C. panels are made of steel, aluminum, corten steel and 304 stainless steel. For complete description and information about other available materials please visit Design/Materials page!

Powder coat and Brushed Stainless steel.
Powder coat is standard for mild (regular) steel and aluminum panels.

All powders are best quality and UV stable which guarantees that it will last. Our standard colors are available for regular (mild) steel and aluminum panels, but you are free to choose a color that already exists in your space and we’ll be more than happy to help you with all the requirements you may have. Brushed Stainless steel (#4 Finish):
Stainless steel, although not completely rust free, is highly resistant to corrosion. At Titan Cut L.L.C. we polish the stainless steel to a variety of decorative levels.

If your new panel is installed outside, directly exposed to weather influence such as rain, snow, direct sun, etc. please see Design/Materials page.
For cleaning all types of panels you may use a vacuum cleaner, a dust brush or a soft, damp cloth with a mild cleanser, but be careful not to make scratches. Do not use any cleanser on corten steel in order to preserve the color. If you have any doubts whether you can or can’t use some products contact Titan Cut L.L.C.

All our panels come with rubber foam tape which you may mount over panel flanges in order to protect your wall and to fill possible light leaks between the panel and your wall. Along with that all ‘rusted’ designs are treated with an application of Penetrol®. However, the rust, being a natural process, it may develop over time so be careful when putting a “rusted” design on light colored walls or unprotected outside. A small degree of maintenance is always recommended, usually spray some Penetrol® every 1 year is enough.

Speaking of our standard panels, it would depend on the size of the panel and design you chose to determine the exact weight. Each panel will be supplied with two attachment points which is proven and will be enough for any of our standard panels regardless the size, material and lighting option.
If panel weight is for any reason very important to you and you would like to have the lightest possible, Titan Cut L.L.C. suggests aluminum for your new panel material.

Since Titan Cut L.L.C. offers widely customizable panel options such as size, material, color, lighting option and in order to meet the highest customer expectations, Titan Cut L.L.C. manufactures panels as they are ordered. Normally we experience a turnaround time of 4 to 8 weeks.

All Titan Cut L.L.C. panels can be delivered all over the US except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. We mainly use FedEx for our delivery service. Normally delivery takes 4 days after your new panel is manufactured and assembled. Please keep in mind it can take up to 8 weeks for your panel to be manufactured and assembled, since Titan Cut L.L.C. makes every panel as it is ordered and because we offer wide variety of panels in order to meet sophisticated requirements of our valued customers. Since your order is very important to us and we feel obligated to track it from the time you place your order to the moment your new panel arrives at its new beautiful home, it is required that you arrange for someone to be on site when your new panel is delivered. FedEx will not leave items at an unoccupied address unless they have been previously notified by us; in that case please send us an email to sales@titancut.com requiring special delivery instructions, as soon as your order is placed.

Unfortunately, Titan Cut L.L.C. doesn’t offer installation at this moment. Every panel will be delivered with detailed installation instructions.
There will be installation kit included – bolts with multipurpose heavy-duty anchors for drywall, tile or concrete.
If you plan to install your new panel on material which is not listed above, we strongly recommend to consult a professional with detailed plans of where the new panel is to be installed.
Depending on panel material and size, some of panels (especially 37” X 72” and 36” X 53”) require two people for installations. Please bear in mind that safety comes first, so before everything consider your health and physical fitness.

Your new panel will be delivered with an installation kit included – bolts with multipurpose heavy-duty anchors for drywall, tile or concrete. Detailed installation instructions will guide you through installation and mounting process.
If you plan to install your new panel on material which is not listed above, we strongly recommend to consult a professional with detailed plans of where the new panel is to be installed.

All products designed and produced at Titan Cut L.L.C. will be covered by a one year guarantee.
For longer panel life, please keep in mind this information:
– Any panel material can be used as part of your interiors, Corten is not suggested because it can release a residue,
– All panel materials can be used outside, but not directly exposed to weather factors such as direct sun, snow, rain, etc. Titan Cut L.L.C. recommends protecting your new panel by placing it in a protected area,
– Only panels made of corten (standard product) are recommended to be directly exposed to open space and different weather conditions, such as rain, snow, direct sun, etc.,
Also, specially treated steel/aluminum panels prior to powder coating could be directly exposed to open space and different weather conditions, such as rain, snow, direct sun, etc. Since this is not our standard offer, please contact our sales team at sales@titancut.com and we will be more than happy to help you with this customized request
– Panels made of 316 Stainless Steel can also be used for exterior spaces. Since 316 Stainless Steel is not in our standard offer, please contact our sales team at sales@titancut.com and we will be more than happy to help you with this customized request
– If used outside, panels with lighting option should be used only if the panel is installed in a protected area, away from direct weather influence such as direct sun, rain, snow.
Accordingly Titan Cut L.L.C. Warranty does NOT cover:
– Damage caused outside Titan Cut L.L.C. control, including, but not limited to, harmful weather conditions, neglect, contamination, warming, fire, acts of war, vandalism, industrial action and similar,
– Damage caused by maltreatment, either during installation or at some later time,
– Damage caused by pooling water, hydrostatic pressure or entrapped moisture,
– Damage caused by harsh cleaning agents/chemicals or extreme cleaning methods,
– Damage caused by movement or degradation of the substrate or structural cracking.

We check every panel thoroughly before shipping, so we guarantee that it leaves our premises complete and correct.
We are not responsible if the damage occurs during installation or as a result of improper handling (e.g. dropped, hit, scratched…).
In case your panel is damaged in shipping, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at sales@titancut.com and describe the problem. We insure all of our deliveries and once notified, we’ll start the claim process with the shipping company. Please keep panel and all shipping material ready in case they need to be returned.
If you dislike or are unhappy with our product for any reason, you may return product to us by contacting us at sales@titancut.com within 5 days of delivery to get a return shipping label. Please use same packing materials from the original shipment. Once returned and inspected, your money will be refunded minus shipping costs in the same form as payment was received. If upon inspection damage is discovered due to purchaser the refund may be denied.

Here is a list of the maximum thicknesses and sheet sizes for each material Titan Cut L.L.C. offers as decorative laser cut screens and laser cut panels:
● Thickness up to 12 GA (.105″)
● The largest sheet size for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum is 65″ x 95″
● The largest sheet size for Corten is 55″ x 95″

100% deposit is required for all orders, prior to work commencing.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or direct bank transfer.
