If used outside, standard powder coating will not protect the panel if it’s directly exposed to weather conditions such as rain, snow, sun light, etc. If you would like to use powder coated aluminum outdoor and directly exposed to weather conditions such as rain, snow, sun light, etc., we can make it happen, we would need to use a special chemical treatment prior to powder coating and it would be considered a customized request.
